What We Do

Six Pursuits. One Standard of Excellence.

Every experience we curate is built on firsthand knowledge, deep relationships, and an obsession with getting every detail right.

Fly Fishing

Pillar One

Fly Fishing

There's a reason fly fishing gets under your skin. It's the intersection of patience, precision, and wild places — and when everything lines up, there's nothing like it. We've fished the rivers that matter and know the guides who make the difference.

  • Spring creek and tailwater expertise across the Rockies
  • Private access to waters most anglers never see
  • Curated lodge pairings from rustic to world-class
  • Guided instruction for beginners through advanced casters

Sample Itinerary — Montana Spring Creek Week

Day 1Arrive Bozeman. Private transfer to lodge on the Madison. Evening hatch walk with your guide.
Days 2–4Full days on private spring creek water. Morning midge hatches, afternoon dry fly sessions. Streamside lunch each day.
Day 5Float the lower Madison. Evening at a chef's table in Livingston — local trout, Montana wine list.
Day 6Optional: Henry's Fork day trip or rest day at the lodge. Farewell dinner.
Saltwater Fishing

Pillar Two

Saltwater Fishing

Blue water is a different animal. The scale, the speed, the raw power of a marlin or tarpon — it demands a different kind of preparation and a different kind of guide. We know the captains, the boats, and the seasons that produce.

  • Offshore marlin and tuna trips along the Gulf Coast
  • Inshore redfish and tarpon in the Southeast marshes
  • Private charter access with top-ranked captains
  • Fly fishing the flats for permit and bonefish

Sample Itinerary — Gulf Coast Blue Water Weekend

Day 1Arrive Gulf Coast. Waterfront dinner briefing with your captain. Review tackle, weather, and target species.
Day 2Full day offshore. Trolling for marlin and wahoo. Lunch aboard. Return by sunset.
Day 3Inshore morning — redfish on the flats. Afternoon at a Gulf oyster bar. Private chef dinner at the lodge.
Mountain Excursions

Pillar Three

Mountain Excursions

The Rockies have a way of resetting everything. Whether you're after elk, chasing high-country cutthroats, or simply need to stand on a ridge and remember what matters — we know these mountains and the people who live in them.

  • Backcountry pack trips into wilderness areas
  • Guided elk and mule deer hunts in prime country
  • High-country fly fishing for native cutthroat
  • Luxury base camps with world-class food and comfort

Sample Itinerary — Wyoming Wilderness Pack Trip

Day 1Fly into Jackson. Meet your outfitter. Gear check and orientation dinner at a Teton restaurant.
Days 2–3Pack into the Bridger-Teton Wilderness. Base camp at 9,000 feet. Afternoon fishing for cutthroat.
Days 4–5Guided elk scouting and hunting. Camp cook prepares streamside dinners each evening.
Day 6Pack out. Recovery day in Jackson. Chef's table dinner at a Teton Village restaurant.
Culinary Destinations

Pillar Four

Culinary Destinations

The best meal I ever had was beside a mountain stream, cooked by a camp chef who'd trained in France. The second best was at a Gulf Coast restaurant where the shrimp had been in the water that morning. We find these places — and we pair them with the experiences that make them unforgettable.

  • Chef's table experiences in remote and urban settings
  • Farm-to-table and dock-to-table dining curation
  • Private dinners paired with your outdoor experience
  • Wine and spirits pairings from regional producers

Sample Itinerary — Teton Culinary & Fly Fishing Weekend

Day 1Arrive Jackson. Private welcome dinner — local elk, Snake River wines, chef introduction.
Day 2Morning on the Snake River with a guide. Afternoon at a local farm. Evening chef's table — 7 courses, all regional.
Day 3Brunch at a Teton Village bakery. Afternoon tasting at a Wyoming distillery. Farewell dinner at a Michelin-recognized restaurant.
Deer Hunting

Pillar Five

Deer Hunting

Whitetail and mule deer hunting is about more than the shot. It's the pre-dawn walk, the cold air, the patience, the land. We work with outfitters who manage their properties with the same obsession we bring to every engagement — and the results show.

  • Managed whitetail properties in the Southeast and Midwest
  • Mule deer and blacktail hunts in the Rockies
  • Fair chase and high-fence options based on your preference
  • Trophy management and taxidermy coordination

Sample Itinerary — Southeast Whitetail Hunt

Day 1Arrive at the lodge. Property tour, stand placement review, and dinner with your guide.
Days 2–4Morning and evening hunts from managed stands. Midday scouting and property walks. Lodge meals each day.
Day 5Final morning hunt. Debrief with outfitter. Celebratory dinner — venison from the property, local bourbon.
Business Consulting

Pillar Six

Business Consulting

You've put years of your life into your business. The last thing you should do is leave money on the table when it's time to move on. I work with business owners to maximize what they walk away with — so the effort you poured in translates directly into the life you want next. Whether that's a river in Montana, a boat in the Gulf, or simply the freedom to do nothing for a while.

  • Maximize your sale price — we know what buyers pay a premium for
  • Valuation and positioning before you ever talk to a buyer
  • Deal structure and negotiation so you don't give back what you earned
  • One-on-one, confidential — no large firm overhead, no junior associates

How We Get You Top Dollar

Step 1Confidential call. We talk about what you've built, what you want to walk away with, and what your timeline looks like. No pressure, no pitch.
Step 2Valuation and positioning. We identify what drives your number up — and fix what would drag it down before a buyer ever sees it.
Step 3Buyer strategy. We map who pays the most for a business like yours and how to run a process that creates real competition.
Step 4Through closing. I stay in your corner on deal structure, negotiation, and terms — so you don't give back at the table what you earned over a lifetime.
