Destinations
The Places Worth Going.
We don't send you somewhere we haven't been. Every destination on this list is one we know firsthand — the guides, the lodges, the tables, and the water.
The Rockies
Big sky, cold water, and country that puts everything in perspective.
The Rocky Mountain West is the heart of what we do. From the spring creeks of Montana to the high elk country of Wyoming and Colorado, this is where most of our clients spend their first trip — and keep coming back.
Madison River, Montana
One of the most storied trout rivers in the world. We know the guides who fish it every day.
Spring and fall are peak season. Expect large browns and rainbows, technical dry-fly fishing, and some of the most dramatic scenery in the American West. We place clients with a small handful of guides we trust completely.
Henry's Fork, Idaho
Technical, demanding, and unforgettable. The Henry's Fork rewards patience.
The Railroad Ranch section is legendary for its selective trout and complex hatches. Best fished late June through September. We pair this with a stay at a private lodge in Island Park.
Wyoming Elk Country
High ridgelines, wilderness camps, and elk that will test everything you have.
We work with outfitters in the Bridger-Teton and Shoshone National Forests. Archery and rifle seasons both available. Pack-in wilderness camps or comfortable base lodges depending on your preference.
Teton Range, Wyoming
Chef's tables, private dining, and wilderness access unlike anywhere else.
Jackson Hole anchors the culinary side of our Rockies program. Private chef dinners, exclusive lodge access, and guided backcountry experiences. We combine this with fly fishing on the Snake River for a full week itinerary.
Keystone, Colorado
High alpine terrain, world-class skiing, and Summit County fishing when the snow melts.
Keystone sits at 9,300 feet in the heart of Summit County — prime territory for both winter mountain excursions and summer fly fishing on the Blue River below Dillon Reservoir. We pair ski and snowboard days with private lodge dinners and guided backcountry snowshoe tours. In warmer months, the Blue River tailwater is one of Colorado's most productive trout fisheries.
Gulf Coast
Blue water, bent rods, and sunsets that earn their reputation.
The Gulf Coast is where the saltwater program lives. From offshore marlin and tuna to inshore redfish and tarpon, we work with captains who run the best boats on the water. Add a private chef dinner at sunset and you have the kind of day people talk about for years.
Gulf of Mexico — Offshore
Blue marlin, yellowfin tuna, wahoo. We know the captains who find fish.
We work with a small group of offshore captains out of ports in Texas, Louisiana, and Florida. Trips run 1–3 days depending on target species. We handle the boat, the crew, the provisions, and the post-trip dinner.
Texas Coast — Inshore
Redfish, speckled trout, and flounder in the flats and bays.
The Laguna Madre and Baffin Bay are world-class inshore fisheries. Sight-fishing on the flats for large redfish is as technical and rewarding as any trout stream. Best spring through fall.
Gulf Coast Culinary Circuit
Oyster bars, private chef dinners, and tables most people never find.
From a raw bar on the water at sunset to a private chef's dinner at a Gulf-front property, we build culinary itineraries around the best the coast has to offer. Often paired with a fishing day for a full experience.
The Southeast
Hardwood timber, first light, and whitetail country done right.
The Southeast is deer country. We work with private landowners and managed hunting operations across the region — places where the habitat is managed seriously and the hunting reflects it. This is also where some of our best culinary experiences live, from low-country cooking to farm-to-table dinners in the hill country.
Whitetail Country — Deep South
Managed private land, mature bucks, and hunting the way it should be done.
We work with a select group of private landowners and hunting operations in Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia. These are not high-fence operations — they are well-managed properties with serious habitat work and real hunting. Season runs October through January.
Hill Country, Texas
Axis, whitetail, and some of the best food in the South.
The Texas Hill Country offers year-round hunting for axis deer alongside whitetail season. We pair hunting days with evenings at some of the best restaurants and private dining experiences in the region.
Low Country, South Carolina
Oysters, shrimp, and a food culture unlike anywhere else in America.
The Low Country culinary tradition is one of the most distinctive in the country. We build itineraries around private dining, local producers, and the kind of meals that take all day to prepare and all evening to enjoy.
Las Vegas & The Desert Southwest
The city is the base camp. The country around it is the destination.
Las Vegas is one of the most underrated access points for serious outdoor pursuits in the country. Within two hours you have world-class fly fishing on the Colorado River, big game country in Nevada and Utah, and canyon country that most people fly over without a second thought. We use the city for what it's good at — exceptional dining, private entertainment, and a comfortable base — then get out into the desert at first light.
Las Vegas — Private Dining & Entertainment
Chef's counter reservations, private rooms, and access most visitors never find.
Las Vegas has some of the best restaurants in the country. We secure reservations at chef's counter tables and private dining rooms that aren't available through normal channels — the kind of meals that anchor a trip. We pair this with curated entertainment and private lounge access for a full evening itinerary.
Colorado River — Lees Ferry, Arizona
One of the most productive tailwater fisheries in the American West. Two hours from the Strip.
Lees Ferry sits below Glen Canyon Dam and produces consistent trophy rainbow trout year-round. The cold, clear water from the dam creates ideal conditions for large fish and technical dry-fly fishing. We run day trips from Las Vegas with a small group of guides who know this water intimately.
Nevada & Utah High Desert
Canyon country, slot canyons, and backcountry that most people never reach.
The desert Southwest within striking distance of Las Vegas includes Zion, the Grand Staircase, and remote canyon country in eastern Nevada. We build private guided excursions into terrain that requires local knowledge to access — not the crowded trailheads, but the places worth the drive.
